1. Data collected
We may collect name, email, phone, country, language, login, sponsor, network position, registration date and legal acceptance records.
We also process wallet addresses, preferences, 2FA, notification tokens, IP, device and access records required for security.
2. Advertising, social accounts and activity
We record Instagram, Facebook and TikTok links and proof, activity date, review status and related administrative data.
When participants voluntarily connect a social account, we process public profile identity, granted permissions, encrypted tokens, authorization expiry and recent posts strictly required to verify authorship, date, permalink and campaign marker. We do not receive passwords or publish on the participant’s behalf.
Connections can be revoked from the Advertising page. Tokens are removed on disconnection while proof, decisions and minimum audit records may be retained for integrity and fraud prevention. Manual review remains available when an API cannot be used.
3. Network and results
We process sponsor, binary placement, legs, volume, points, carry, unilevel, career and qualification data.
Contract, earning, bonus, cap, withholding and cycle records are kept for calculation, audit and participant history.
4. Payments, transfers and withdrawals
We record packages, invoices, currencies, networks, payment IDs, confirmations, activation wallet, transfers, fees and withdrawal requests.
Required data may be sent to payment and blockchain providers such as NOWPayments to create payments, verify confirmations and process withdrawals.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to create and protect accounts, perform the contract, validate advertising, calculate results, process payments, fulfill requests, provide support and maintain audit records.
Where required, processing relies on consent, contract performance, legal obligations, fraud prevention or legitimate interest subject to necessity.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. It may be shared only with essential hosting, email, notification, security, payment, blockchain and support providers or authorities when legally required.
Each provider receives only the data required for its function and is subject to its own privacy and security obligations.
7. Security and fraud prevention
We apply access controls, protected passwords, tokens, optional 2FA, audit trails, validation and suspicious-event monitoring.
No system is fully immune to incidents. Participants must protect passwords, email, devices, codes and keys and report unauthorized access promptly.
8. Retention and deletion
Data is retained during the relationship and as needed for financial, tax, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and audit obligations.
Deletion requests are honored when applicable while preserving records required by law or for legal claims.
9. Data-subject rights
Users may request processing confirmation, access, correction, applicable portability, sharing information, review and deletion within legal limits.
Requests may require identity verification and are answered through official support channels.
10. Cookies and communications
Cookies and local storage may support sessions, language, security and essential preferences.
With authorization, notifications may cover advertising, invoices, results, network, withdrawals, security and administration. Non-essential preferences can be changed in the account or device.
11. Updates and contact
This policy may change due to product, integration, security or legal updates. Relevant changes may be communicated in the platform.
Privacy questions and requests should be sent through official support channels with enough information to verify identity.
